What You'll Do
As a Dental Hygienist, you will play an important role in delivering outstanding patient care while helping our practice run smoothly and efficiently.
Perform thorough dental cleanings and comprehensive oral health assessments for patients of all ages.
Develop and communicate individualized recommendations based on patient needs and assessment findings.
Educate patients on effective oral hygiene, periodontal health, and the importance of regular dental care.
Review patient charts and medical/dental histories prior to appointments.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and practice standards.
Take diagnostic images using dental imaging systems as needed.
Communicate and collaborate closely with the dentist and dental team to provide comprehensive patient care.
Participate in daily morning huddles and contribute to effective team communication.
Stay aware of the daily schedule and help maintain an efficient workflow throughout the day.
Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene techniques, technology, and best practices.
Help create a welcoming, comfortable, and positive experience for every patient.

What We're Looking For
2–3 years of dental hygiene experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene.
Current California Dental Hygienist license.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and clinical best practices.
Excellent patient assessment and clinical documentation skills.
Familiarity with dental imaging systems.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to protecting patient confidentiality.
Excellent communication and patient education skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively to a team environment.
Pediatric experience is a plus.
Reliable, organized, and attentive to detail.
A genuine passion for helping patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health.
