Office manager/Treatment plan/Insurance Coordinator

We are a cutting-edge cosmetic dental practice offering a spa-like experience in a high-end, team-oriented environment. We are seeking a full-time front office professional to support smooth daily operations, exceptional patient care, and efficient practice management while our current front office team member is on maternity leave.

This role is ideal for someone with a high school education, 3+ years of dental front office experience, and strong skills in general, single-doctor, PPO, and private practice settings. Responsibilities include managing daily front office operations, scheduling and confirming appointments, greeting patients, verifying insurance eligibility and benefits, submitting and following up on claims, presenting treatment plans, discussing financial arrangements, assisting with Sunbit and other financing options, collecting payments, balancing daily reports, coordinating patient flow with the clinical team, and maintaining accurate records in Dentrix Ascend as well as formulating end of day and end of month reports.

Qualified candidates should have proficiency with Dentrix Ascend and Mac systems, excellent communication and organizational skills, a professional appearance, and a positive attitude. You should have experience in sales. Strong knowledge of insurance verification, collections, and treatment presentation is required. Experience with cosmetic dentistry, patient education, and advanced technologies is highly valued.

We offer free parking in front, a 30-minute lunch break, and PPE including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, and nitrile gloves. Compensation starts at $24/hour minimum, based on skillset and availability. Benefits are currently none, with potential healthcare, retirement, and disability options if a permanent position becomes available.
