Registered Dental Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate dental assistant to join our friendly, patient-focused dental practice. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a general, single-doctor office that provides care for patients of all ages and values a positive, team-oriented atmosphere. Our practice offers high-quality treatment in a clean, organized environment and serves a mix of PPO and private patients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience and a current RDA license, with CPR certification or a willingness to obtain it. A high school education is expected. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a professional, caring attitude are essential. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities include assisting the dentist during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, taking dental X-rays, maintaining accurate patient records, and supporting excellent patient comfort and care. You will also help follow infection control and safety protocols to ensure a smooth and efficient clinical workflow.

This position offers a consistent Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. There is potential to expand to 5 days per week as the practice grows. Cross-training will be expected eventually. We offer competitive pay based on experience, a supportive team, and opportunities for additional hours.
