We are seeking a professional, patient-focused dental hygienist to join our full-time team in a well-established, technology-driven general dental practice. Our office has proudly served the community for more than 16 years and is known for its relaxed, laid-back atmosphere, excellent teamwork, and commitment to putting patients first. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a supportive solo-practice environment where quality care and strong relationships truly matter.

Our practice is a single-doctor, PPO and private office with a modern approach to dentistry. We value efficiency without sacrificing comfort, and we intentionally schedule enough time for each patient so our hygienist can provide thorough, high-quality care. Depending on the day, you may see one patient at a time or occasionally manage two patients at once. Appointment times are typically 60 minutes for recall visits and 90 minutes for new patients, allowing you to focus on education, prevention, and excellent clinical outcomes.

We are looking for a hygienist who is confident, friendly, and committed to delivering outstanding care. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a collaborative environment, communicate well with patients and team members, and take pride in helping patients maintain healthy smiles. Experience with modern digital tools is a plus, as our office uses advanced technology including a Trios Scanner, iTero Scanner, and AI-assisted radiographic analysis.

Our office is designed to support both staff and patients, with four operatories, a patient-first philosophy, and a team that works together seamlessly. Dr. Guerschon de Laurent is active in the military, highly supportive of his dental staff, and brings over 20 years of experience along with a strong commitment to excellence. He graduated from UMKC and fosters a workplace culture built on respect, trust, and teamwork.

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $45–$50 based on experience, along with benefits including 401(k), paid holidays, and continuing education opportunities. Additional perks include a 1-hour lunch break, one Friday off each month, and only two working Saturdays per year. Parking is available right outside the office for added convenience.
