Prosthodontics Dental Assistant Wanted

We are a prosthodontics specialty office in South Boulder looking for a rock star assistant! We're looking for a dental assistant that understands patients' needs come first and that it takes a team to realize our goals of providing the best patient care possible. Being a team player is a must; we're looking for an experienced dental assistant with a good attitude and that is great with patients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable multi-tasking, working in a fast paced environment and have a passion for learning and applying new techniques.

Pay range $26-33/hour depending on experience with procedures we offer
401k, healthcare, PTO, dental benefits

Hours are 8-5pm M-W, 8-1 Th (expect to stay later than 1 on Thursdays as time after clinic hours is to be used for general preparation, cleaning, restocking, and training)

Responsibilities include:

Chair side assisting
Sterilization
Setting up and breaking down rooms properly
Taking x-rays
Charting
Treatment notes
Checking lab cases in and out
Customer service oriented
EDDA not mandatory but experience assisting with complex restorative dental work (e.g., full mouth crowns, dentures, hybrids) is a plus

We are a Prosthodontic office in South Boulder that specializes in advanced restorative dentistry. Many of our patients have complex needs from dentures to implants to full mouth reconstruction. We have electronic charts (Dentrix Ascend), digital X-rays (nomad and wall units), cavitron, no accelerated hygiene.
