Receptionist/ Front Office Team Member
LOCATION
Austin, TXJoin our dynamic Pediatric Dentistry practice in Southwest Austin! We are seeking a committed, friendly team member to help create an exceptional patient experience in a warm, welcoming, and fun environment where children feel safe and parents feel confident. This is a full-time position in a private, single-doctor practice focused on pedodontics.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience and is comfortable working in a quick-paced front office setting. Strong computer literacy, good phone skills, and excellent communication skills are essential. You will be working with scheduling software including Archy (similar to Open Dental) and Mango, and training will be provided as we transition to a new software system.
Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance benefits, uploading health history forms, and supporting a positive office flow. A high school education is required. We value professionalism, teamwork, and a caring attitude.
We offer paid vacation and sick leave, team building events, a 4 day work week, along with a 1-hour lunch break. Parking is available in the lot directly behind the retail office.
Compensation is $21–$24 per hour.
