Dripping Springs, TXForest Springs Dentistry is looking for an RDA ASAP
We opened our doors in 2023 and have grown exponentially each year! Patients are loving our health centric focus and we are really trying to be in the relationship business and not just the dentistry business! However, we need help to continue providing a high level of care. We are swamped with patients wanting to come see us.
Dr. Reddy has invested a lot in his own clinical growth and has tools that have made him a better provider (electric handpieces, solea laser, TENS, T-scan and more) but also believes that his team members should be set up for success too. We are trying to create a role for an RDA where you are not bogged down with inefficient sterilization processes and long note-taking days to free up your time in the clinic. Let’s do more of the fun stuff! So far, we have implemented:
1) Cassettes over sterilization bags
2) Digital dentistry (itero scanner) over alginate and stone
3) AI note taking (writes 99% of your notes for you)
4) Self-cleaning air driven mirrors (coming soon and super cool =))
5) Open dental and flex
We also have added a periodontist that comes part time to do more advanced surgical procedures. We are needing more help in order to assist!
P.S. If you don’t know what any of these things mean don’t worry we can teach you!
We would love an RDA who wants to keep innovating to make this a really special place to work. We do almost everything I dentistry from general dentistry, laser dentistry, airway dentistry, implants and more. Dentistry can be fun and it gets a lot more fun when we get to innovate and do new things.
Pay will depend on experience but Dr. Reddy does love to train new assistants and is even setting up a dental assistant school in his office which will expand opportunities for anyone interested. Rapid growth potential is possible for the right person.
