Our goal is to hire individuals to help cultivate a generation of children who are motivated to take pride in their oral health and are fearless about managing it. The team consists of highly-specialized, child-centered, compassionate and energetic individuals who are passionate about dentistry and work together to create a dental home for each of our patients..
We are looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our team and provide excellent care to our pediatric patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the dentist during procedures, preparing and sterilizing instruments, taking patient medical histories, and providing patient education. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, be detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist in the examination and treatment of pediatric patients.
Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene techniques.
Prepare and maintain dental instruments and materials.
Maintain patient records, including medical histories, dental charts, and other relevant information.
Qualifications and Skills:
Open Dental system experience*
Speaks Spanish
Coronal polishing, radiographs, nitrous monitoring
Knowledge of standard dental practice concepts and procedures
Excellent customer service skills and hospitality
Hard working, outgoing, adaptable, self-motivated, and punctual
