Part-Time / On-Call Dental Hygienist

Evolution at Tanglewood Dental is looking for a dependable, experienced Dental Hygienist to join our team on a part-time, as-needed basis.

Our modern, patient-focused practice provides comprehensive general dentistry with an emphasis on quality care and patient education. You'll work alongside Dr. Kheir, who brings more than 30 years of clinical experience, and a supportive team that values professionalism, collaboration, and excellent patient care.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 3 years of clinical hygiene experience
Current nitrous oxide monitoring/certification required
Comfortable providing preventive and periodontal care
Strong patient education and communication skills
Comfortable explaining recommended treatments and helping patients understand their dental needs
Familiarity with discussing cosmetic treatment and cosmetic cases with patients preferred
Experience with implant maintenance and irrigation preferred
Familiarity with All-on-4 (AO4) maintenance is a plus
Experience placing Arestin preferred
Dependable and responsive when additional coverage is needed
Comfortable stepping into a busy schedule and working independently
Professional, team-oriented approach

We schedule one patient at a time and prioritize thorough, quality care without rushing appointments. Our team works closely together to provide a positive experience for every patient while maintaining a supportive and professional environment.

Compensation

$45–$55 per hour, based on experience.
