Office Coordinator

We are seeking a full-time front office team member for a private, non-corporate family dental practice that serves general, oral surgery, single-doctor, and multi-doctor settings. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with at least five years of experience who enjoys working in a warm, supportive, and patient-focused environment.

Our team takes pride in giving patients special attention and allowing providers the time they need to fully discuss treatment and care options. Each provider sets their own recall timing, and our well-trained staff works closely together to support one another throughout the day. We foster a positive workplace where every day is a wonderful day, and we are looking for someone who wants to be part of that energy long term.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, dental terminology knowledge, dental charting experience, and confidence with electronic insurance claims processing. Experience with patient scheduling, patient recall, patient education, and dental office communication is highly valued. Familiarity with Dentech is a plus and may result in bonus pay. High school education is sufficient.

We offer health insurance, dental insurance, PTO, free lunches, 401k, and gourmet birthday cake fun. Salary is based on experience, up to $40 per hour for an excellent candidate. All PPE is provided, including disposable gowns, face shields, latex and nitrile gloves, N95 and regular masks, and more. Unpaid one-hour lunch break. Parking is available right outside the building.
