Inverness Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Dental Office Manager to join our established family dental practice. We have proudly served the Englewood community since 2004 and are looking for a strong leader to help guide our team, support exceptional patient care, and oversee daily operations.

Position Summary
The Dental Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the practice. The ideal candidate is an organized leader who can effectively manage staff, optimize schedules, maintain excellent patient relationships, and ensure smooth office operations.
Responsibilities
· Manage daily front office and administrative operations
· Lead, support, and motivate team members
· Coordinate patient scheduling and optimize provider productivity
· Oversee insurance verification, claims processing, and accounts receivable
· Monitor office production goals and key performance indicators
· Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training team members
· Manage patient concerns and ensure exceptional customer service
· Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and office policies
· Coordinate communication between clinical and administrative teams
· Support practice growth initiatives and patient retention efforts
Qualifications
· Minimum 3 years of dental office management experience preferred
· Strong knowledge of dental insurance and treatment presentation
· Experience with dental practice management software
· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
· Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
· Positive attitude and commitment to team success
· Knowledge of scheduling, collections, and financial arrangements

Schedule
· Full-time
· Approximately 32–40 hours per week
· Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8-5. However, looking to change schedule M-Th.
