We want a hygienist to complete our fun, work family. Dr Turner believes that the hygienist is like an associate in the practice, a provider to be trusted to educate and provide care, as well as a colleague to grow the practice together!

We are a single doctor, NON CORPORATE private practice with a fantastic reputation for our quality care and exceptional friendliness. Our patients enjoy their time with us and especially with our hygienists. We are a busy practice with a close-knit work family.

Our reputation in the community is strong because we believe in choosing our patients’ whole health as a priority. We use the Lumina iTero for wellness scans for education, tracking wear and erosion on teeth, as well as movement. We believe in using the EMS airflow polisher for GBT and love it when a hygienist knows how to use it, or is willing to learn. We believe in helping patients be as healthy as possible, and offer Invisalign as a result.

Weekly hours are CONSISTENT. Our hours are Monday-Thursday 6:30 am-3PM. Patient care hours are 7 am to 3 pm. We see patients on Wednesday from 9 am to 3pm due to a team meeting each week from 6:45-8:30- breakfast is included. Our hygienist are the first to go home every day as the dental assistants will close the treatment rooms and do the exam note from the doctor's visit.

Requirements for employment include:
* Remarkable friendliness and personality
* Taking health histories and medical records
* Probing measurements
* Knowledge of oral health and ability to educate in a kind manner
* Team-based attitude, willingness to cooperate and pitch in
* Competent in digital charts, typing 50+ WPM and navigating computer software
* Knowledge of prophylaxis, SRP, periodontal disease diagnosing and treatment
* State license in dental hygiene
* CPR certification
* Fluoride application
* Maintaining and sterilizing dental instruments
* GBT is a plus, though we will provide training once hired.
