HYGIENIST

We are a growing dental practice seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented dental hygiene professional to join our team in a full-time role. Our practice serves a diverse patient base across general, PPO, and private dentistry, and we are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized care in a supportive, team-focused environment.

This position is an excellent opportunity for someone with 0–3 years of experience who is eager to grow clinically and professionally. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive preventive care while helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and valued throughout their visit. You will work with one patient at a time and typically spend 1.0 hour with each patient, allowing for focused care and meaningful patient interaction. A 30-minute lunch break is provided during the workday.

Responsibilities include performing dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, patient education, documentation, and collaboration with the clinical team to support excellent outcomes. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role requires the ability to connect effectively with both patients and team members. We are looking for someone who brings a passion for continuous learning, professional development, and a collaborative approach to daily work. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are also important for success in this role.

Required qualifications include a valid Dental Hygienist license in Colorado, along with a commitment to maintaining a high standard of patient care. We value professionals who are proactive, dependable, and enthusiastic about contributing to a positive office culture.

In addition to a rewarding work environment, we offer a competitive hourly rate of $60.00–$67.00, based on experience and qualifications.
