Licensed Dental Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and motivated dental assistant to join our full-time team in a modern, single-doctor general practice that offers comprehensive care in a private setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience, a high school education, a current Massachusetts Dental Assistant License, and Dental Radiology certification. Responsibilities include assisting chairside during a variety of procedures, preparing treatment rooms, taking digital images, sterilizing instruments, supporting efficient patient flow, and helping maintain a clean, organized, paperless office. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential.

Our practice uses advanced technology such as hard and soft tissue lasers, cone beam CT, CAD/CAM dentistry, intra-oral imaging, digital radiography, and 3D printing. We provide a wide range of services including cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, same-day crowns, dentures, veneers, endodontics, restorative dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and dental implants.

We offer $25 to $35 per hour depending on skills and experience, along with health insurance, 401K with match, PTO, paid holidays, incentives, and a 1-hour lunch break. Employee parking is available in a private lot.
