Full Time Position - Licensed Registered Dental Assistant
LOCATION
Lakeway, TXWe are seeking a full-time dental assistant to join our growing private practice. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a warm, friendly, and organized team that values comfort, quality care, and strong patient relationships. Our office provides general dentistry in a single-doctor setting and also supports endodontic care for patients of all ages. We serve a PPO-based patient mix and focus on long-term care in a relaxed, professional environment.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience and a high school education, along with strong skills in treatment coordination support, inventory and ordering, and flexibility/adaptability. A cross-trained background is a plus, but not required. You should be comfortable working in a busy, growing practice and helping support day-to-day clinical flow.
This role offers $21–$29 per hour, depending on skills and experience, along with PTO and a $350 health stipend. We provide goggles, nitrile gloves, and regular masks for your protection. A 50-minute scheduled lunch break is provided each workday, and plenty of parking is available. We are open Mondays through Saturdays at this time, with future plans to reduce the schedule to Mondays through Thursdays.
