We're looking for an experienced, compassionate, and highly organized Dental Treatment Coordinator who is passionate about serving patients and helping them confidently move forward with treatment.

What You'll Do

Guide patients through their treatment journey with empathy and professionalism.
Present comprehensive treatment plans and explain recommended care.
Clearly communicate financial arrangements and available payment options.
Coordinate patient scheduling to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment and appointments.
Educate patients on procedures, oral health, and post-treatment care.
Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Maintain accurate documentation and support efficient office operations.
Deliver outstanding customer service from the first phone call through treatment completion.
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Dental Treatment Coordinator experience (Required)
Spanish bilingual (Required)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment presentation
Experience with comprehensive treatment planning is preferred
Positive attitude, accountability, and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
