Full-Time Treatment Coordinator

Simpson Smile Studio is a modern, patient-centered dental practice looking for an experienced **Full-Time Treatment Coordinator** to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who is confident discussing comprehensive treatment, comfortable presenting larger treatment plans, and passionate about helping patients move forward with the care they need.

**🚨 Curve Dental experience is REQUIRED.**

Responsibilities

* Present treatment plans and educate patients on recommended care
* Review insurance benefits and provide accurate financial estimates
* Discuss payment options and financing with confidence
* Schedule treatment and maximize doctor and hygiene schedules
* Follow up with unscheduled treatment to improve case acceptance
* Coordinate with the clinical and front office teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
* Maintain accurate documentation within Curve Dental
* Answer patient questions regarding treatment, insurance, and financial arrangements
* Help patients overcome barriers to scheduling care through education and excellent communication

Qualifications

* **Minimum 2 years of dental treatment coordinating experience**
* **Required: Experience using Curve Dental practice management software**
* Strong understanding of dental insurance and treatment planning
* Comfortable discussing larger treatment cases and financial arrangements
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Positive, professional attitude with a patient-first mindset
