We invite you to consider joining our well-established boutique periodontal office in Belmont, MA. We specialize in providing exceptional, evidence-based periodontal and dental implant care, prioritizing high-quality treatment over high volume.
In our practice, you will have the autonomy to determine appropriate appointment lengths for your patients, allowing you to deliver personalized care tailored to their specific needs. Our cohesive team, consisting of two periodontists, two dental hygienists, two dental assistants, and three administrative staff members, creates a warm and supportive work environment. We take pride in the excellent retention of our staff, with many team members having been with us for several years.
We are looking for a friendly, articulate, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic dental hygienist who can bring their expertise in scaling and root planing and administering local anesthesia to our practice. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of experience and a commitment to professional development. Familiarity with techniques such as Cavitron, ultrasonic scaling, and proficiency with digital tools such as Dentrix, DEXIS, and X-rays is essential.
As a team member, you will work with a well-educated and motivated patient base, giving you the chance to educate patients about oral hygiene and manage complex periodontal cases. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $62.00 to $65.00 per hour, working between 21 to 40 hours per week, along with a range of benefits, including paid time off, paid holidays, health insurance stipends, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, and an employee discount.
