At our comprehensive family dental care office, established in 2013, we are dedicated to helping patients achieve better overall health through improved oral care. As a team-driven practice, we pride ourselves on fostering a supportive work environment where each member collaborates effectively to provide high-quality care to patients of all ages. Our office is equipped with the latest technology, and both of our highly trained doctors are committed to delivering a full array of dental services.

We are currently seeking a passionate and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This position is now available due to maternity leave and office growth, and we are excited to welcome someone who shares our commitment to patient care and dental health.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough dental cleanings and patient assessments, spending approximately 60 minutes with each patient for healthy adult hygiene appointments.
- Utilize your skills in areas such as Arestin Therapy, Cavitron, Chlorhexidine treatments, periodontal screening, and scaling and root planing.
- Monitor nitrous oxide during procedures and provide exceptional pediatric hygiene when working with younger patients.
- Perform dental charting, digital radiography, and utilize intraoral cameras and the iTero system to enhance patient experience and care.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes and education on oral hygiene practices.

Qualifications:

- 1 year of experience as a Dental Hygienist is preferable, although we welcome candidates who are newly graduated or eager to learn.
- Previous experience with dental software such as Dentrix and DEXIS is advantageous.
- CPR certification is required.
- A genuine passion for patient care and promoting oral health is essential.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay plus commission, which averages between $55–60 per hour, along with generous PTO, retirement options, dental benefits, and holiday pay. Benefit from a shorter work day since we work lunch breaks into our daily schedule.
