As the Administrative/Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll serve as the welcoming face and lasting impression of our practice.

Responsibilities
• Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming first impression.
• Manage the schedule to ensure an efficient and productive day for the clinical team.
• Discuss treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients confidently and compassionately.
• Verify insurance benefits, submit claims, and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Support patients with scheduling, payment, and general questions both in-person and over the phone.
• Review documentation for compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA to ensure the confidentiality of patient records.
• Collaborate closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure seamless patient care.
Qualifications
• Prior dental front office experience preferred but not required for the right candidate.
• Experience with Dentrix is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance patient communication.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.

Compensation: $18 - $26 /hour
