Registered Dental Hygienist, RDH

We are seeking a caring, dependable, and detail-oriented dental hygienist to join our growing, privately owned general dental practice. This full-time position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys building strong patient relationships, providing exceptional preventive care, and working in a relaxed, friendly environment where quality always comes first.

Our practice is a single-doctor office focused on comprehensive general dentistry, with a strong commitment to patient comfort, education, and long-term oral health. We care for patients of all ages, and our hygiene department plays a key role in supporting both children and adults with outstanding clinical care and personalized instruction. We are especially busy with pediatric patients, so patience, compassion, and a warm chairside manner are essential for success in this role.

We welcome a new graduate fresh from hygiene school, as long as you bring professionalism, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to provide excellent care. Experience with Eaglesoft, desensitization, intraoral camera use, and Schick imaging is preferred. Strong communication skills and confidence in patient education are important, as our hygienists are trusted to help patients of all ages understand their oral health and treatment needs.

This is a part-time or full-time opportunity (up to 32 hours per week) in a very busy practice with a consistent schedule. We see patients from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays and on Wednesdays from 8 am to 1 pm. There are no nights and no weekends. We are closed during lunch from 1:00–2:00, allowing for a full hour break when running on schedule. Typical appointment times include one hour for an established adult prophy, 40 minutes for an established child prophy, and up to 1.5 hours per quadrant for SC/RP visits.
