Registered Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established, multi-doctor dental practice serving a loyal and growing patient community. Our general practice has been a trusted part of the Bowie and Prince George’s County area for more than 30 years, with a strong reputation built on long-term relationships, excellent clinical care, and a welcoming environment. Many of our patients have been with us for generations, and our team takes pride in making every visit comfortable, efficient, and personal.

This is a full-time opportunity within a thriving PPO and private practice that continues to grow. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, team-oriented professional who values patient relationships, delivers excellent hygiene care, and enjoys educating patients on oral health and prevention. Strong communication skills and a positive, patient-centered attitude are essential. We are looking for someone who wants to grow professionally and contribute to a supportive, collaborative workplace where individual skills and contributions are truly valued.

Responsibilities include providing high-quality preventive care, performing thorough patient assessments, supporting treatment planning, and helping patients feel at ease during their visits. You will work closely with doctors and the clinical team to maintain an efficient, warm, and organized patient experience. Our scheduling allows for one patient at a time, with approximately one hour dedicated to each appointment, giving you the time needed to provide excellent care and education.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience and a college-level educational background. A strong work ethic, great attitude, and commitment to teamwork are highly valued. We also provide a safe and well-equipped work environment with disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks available as part of our PPE protocol.

Additional benefits include PTO and a 401(k) plan. Parking is available on-site, and the schedule includes a 1-hour lunch break. Salary starts at $60 per hour, based on experience.
