Dental Assistant (Endodontics & Periodontics) – Forest Hills

Job Overview
- We are seeking a motivated and efficient Dental Assistant to join our growing specialty practice. This position is ideal for a candidate with at least 1 year of dental assisting experience who wants to expand skills in Endodontics and Periodontics in a fast-paced, high-standard clinical environment.
- You will assist with endodontic (root canal) and periodontal/implant procedures, support hygienists with chair turnover, and help the front desk as needed to ensure smooth patient flow.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with endodontic, periodontal, and implant procedures
- Take high-quality digital X-rays and perform CBCT (3D) scans
- Prepare treatment rooms and help maintain efficient chair turnover
- Support a no-wait patient experience
- Answer phones and assist with scheduling when needed
- Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental office
- Comfortable assisting in a specialty practice
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills
- Proficient with digital sensors, CBCT imaging, and dental software
- Punctual, reliable, professional, and patient-focused
- Team-oriented attitude
