Dental Assistant at Private Practice
LOCATION
Fanwood, NJWe are a growing, small private dental practice with 2 doctors, focused on general “bread and butter” dentistry for PPO and private patients. Our team works in a modern, all-digital environment with the latest tools and technology to help make your day more efficient and productive. This is a part-time or full-time position for an experienced dental assistant who enjoys providing excellent support in a busy, patient-centered setting.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of dental assisting experience and be comfortable working in a single-doctor style general practice setting with a collaborative team. Strong skills in Open Dental are required, along with confidence using digital systems and equipment. We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to help keep the schedule running smoothly while supporting a positive experience for patients.
Responsibilities include assisting chairside, preparing treatment rooms, taking digital records as needed, sterilizing and organizing instruments, and helping with day-to-day clinical flow. A professional attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn are important.
This role offers a 60-minute lunch break and parking in the back for convenience. High school education is required. No cross-training is needed for this position.
