Maternity Leave Coverage
LOCATION
Castle Rock, COA general dental office with two doctors and two hygienists is seeking a skilled and motivated dental hygiene professional to join our friendly, small-team environment for a full-time opportunity. This position is available while our current hygienist is on maternity leave, and we are looking for someone who can step into a supportive, patient-centered practice and provide exceptional care.
We are looking for ideally full time coverage which is Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Friday from August though October. However, if you already have a job but are willing to commit so a specific day each week, we would be open to that.
You will see one patient at a time, allowing you to focus fully on delivering high-quality preventive and periodontal care. The typical schedule includes 1 hour for routine cleanings and 90 minutes for SRP and new patient appointments, giving you the time needed to provide thorough, personalized treatment and patient education.
Responsibilities include performing dental hygiene procedures, assessing oral health, documenting findings accurately, and educating patients on proper home care and preventive techniques. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with patients of all ages and able to communicate clearly and professionally with both patients and team members. Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.

This is a full-time position with a competitive pay range of $60–$75 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
