Compensation & Benefits
Earning Potential: $300,000+ annually
Relocation & Sign-On Package: Up to $25,000 (includes $15,000 sign-on bonus + $10,000 relocation assistance)
Competitive Pay Model: Greater of daily guarantee or 28–31% commission on monthly collections

The Opportunity
We are seeking a full-time Associate General Dentist to join our established, patient-focused practice in Pueblo, CO. Located just 40 minutes south of Colorado Springs, Pueblo offers an affordable cost of living, a vibrant local culture, and access to some of the best outdoor recreation in Colorado.
This role provides 100% clinical autonomy with strong earning potential and long-term career growth in a fast-growing community with significant demand for dental care.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to a diverse patient base
Maintain autonomy in treatment planning while collaborating with a supportive team
Deliver patient-focused, high-quality dental care
Build and maintain long-term relationships with patients and the community
Requirements
Active Colorado Dental License
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on clinical experience
CPR/ACLS certification required
Familiarity with Denticon software preferred
