Full-Time RDH

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental hygienist to join our growing general dental practice. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys working in a close-knit, patient-focused environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality preventive care. Our office is a small, privately owned facility with one dentist and a welcoming team committed to providing excellent service to patients of all ages, with a primary focus on adult care.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and feel confident providing comprehensive hygiene services in a general dentistry setting. Responsibilities include performing dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, oral health screenings, radiographs as needed, fluoride treatments, and patient education on proper home care and preventive techniques. You will work with one patient at a time and typically spend about one hour per patient, allowing you the time needed to provide thorough, personalized care and build strong relationships with patients.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and able to communicate effectively with patients and the dental team. A strong understanding of infection control, clinical documentation, and chairside support is important. The right candidate will be comfortable supporting a smooth daily workflow while maintaining a warm, reassuring approach that helps patients feel at ease.

Because our practice is continuing to grow, this position offers the opportunity to become an important part of a stable and expanding office. Our schedule is full-time, and the work environment is designed to support both quality care and professional collaboration. A one-hour lunch break is provided during the workday.
