Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30% of net production

Expected Earnings: $200,000–$350,000+ annually (4 days/week)

Daily Guarantee: $750/day for the first 3 months

Benefits May Include:

$5,000 annual CE allowance
Mentorship in clinical, communication, and leadership development

The Opportunity

This is a Full-time opportunity (4 days/week) with high patient demand and strong production potential. The associate will have the ability to step into a busy schedule and grow quickly within the practice.

The practice offers a broad scope of general dentistry, including:

Restorative dentistry
Crowns and bridges
Endodontics (including molar root canals)
Extractions and oral surgery
Removable prosthetics
Implants (opportunity to learn and expand)
You’ll be supported by modern systems and a highly experienced clinical team, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent care.

Mentorship and growth opportunities include:

Hands-on mentorship in advanced procedures (molar endo, implants, surgery)
Guidance in communication, case acceptance, and leadership

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

A licensed general dentist (or eligible in Alabama)
Open to new graduates
2+ years of experience or completion of a GPR/AEGD preferred
Clinically confident in bread-and-butter dentistry

A strong communicator with a positive attitude and growth mindset
