DENTAL FRONT OFFICE/MANAGER
Our private practice dental office is seeking someone who is extremely organized as well as very personable. You will collaborate closely with the doctor and staff to ensure the office runs efficiently. We are looking for someone who enjoys developing and implementing policies, procedures, and systems resulting in a profitable dental practice that provides excellent patient care.
Your skills and abilities:
Able to set, track, and meet production and collection goals
Able to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions (raffles, promos, giveaways)
Able to maintain and fill providers' schedules
Ability to present treatment plans and financial agreements
Ability to collect payments/outstanding balances
Comfortable preparing and presenting team meetings
Able to monitor practice KPIs utilizing Dentrix reports
Comfortable posting and maintaining social media
Able to perform front office duties: check patients in/out, enter/process insurance claims, schedule appointments, receive phone calls, and respond to patient inquiries
Ability to connect with and motivate team members
This position requires that you be an organized, outgoing, and efficient individual with the ability to positively motivate and inspire others. A great attitude and professionalism is a must!
