What You'll Do

Partner with doctors to deliver efficient, high-quality clinical care across a variety of dental procedures.

Create an exceptional patient experience by building trust, providing comfort, and communicating with empathy.

Anticipate clinical needs, prepare treatment rooms, and support seamless patient care.

Assist with restorative, cosmetic, and specialty procedures based on your training and qualifications.

Utilize advanced dental technology, digital workflows, and clinical systems.

Maintain exceptional standards of sterilization, infection control, organization, and patient safety.

Collaborate with doctors, hygienists, treatment coordinators, and fellow assistants to ensure continuity of care.

Take ownership of your responsibilities, contribute ideas, and continuously look for ways to improve the patient and team experience.
