Join Our Growing Dental Practice as a Part-Time Dental Hygienist

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic general practice. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a passionate individual to help us deliver exceptional dental care to our patients. This part-time position {Tuesdays for now and maybe future Thursdays (we already have an RDH on Wed/Fri)} offers flexibility and is ideal for someone looking to balance their career with personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a pivotal role in our patients' oral health journeys. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Performing thorough dental cleanings (Prophy: 1 Hr) and periodontal treatments (Perio: 1 to 1.5hr based on your professional assessment and recommendation).
- Utilizing your skills and expertise in oral hygiene, patient education, and preventative care to ensure optimal patient experiences.
- Conducting detailed evaluations of patient health and dental conditions, effectively communicating findings and treatment options.
- Assisting in maintaining a positive, welcoming environment for patients and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

- A valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a dental practice setting, with a strong focus on patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective interactions with patients and team members.
- A proactive approach to continuous learning, staying updated on the latest dental hygiene practices and technologies.

Working Environment:

This position offers a supportive, collaborative atmosphere where you will see one patient at a time for typically one hour, ensuring that you can provide personalized care and attention. Our practice provides onsite parking for your convenience, and you will enjoy a one-hour lunch break to recharge during your shifts.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $50-$60 based on experience, along with benefits including paid time off (PTO) and dental coverage.
