Pay: $19.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
Build rapport and provide a welcoming experience for patients
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and procedure trays
Clean and disinfect operatories and maintain proper infection-control standards
Take and gather dental records, including X-rays, intraoral photos, impressions, and digital scans
Prepare materials and instruments for procedures
Educate and provide patients with post-operative and home-care instructions
Maintain accurate and organized patient records
Help maintain efficient patient flow throughout the office
Greet and assist patients as needed
Provide front-office support when necessary
Communicate effectively with doctors and team members
Keep operatories, instruments, and work areas clean, stocked, and organized
Follow all office policies and OSHA/infection-control guidelines
Support the team wherever needed to ensure an excellent patient experience

What We’re Looking For
1+ year of dental assisting experience required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Reliable and punctual
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Team player with a willingness to help others
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment
Patient-focused and service-oriented
Comfortable learning and using digital dental technology
Must be able to reliably commute within approximately 30 minutes of the office
