We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated dental hygienist to join our holistic, family-oriented practice on a part-time basis. Our single-doctor, PPO, and fee-for-service office prioritizes conservative treatments and patient education, focusing on preventing decay and gum disease. As a dental hygienist with us, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include performing thorough cleanings, educating patients on oral hygiene practices, conducting periodontal assessments, and collaborating with our dentist to develop individualized care plans. We pride ourselves on fostering a positive atmosphere, where both our staff and patients feel valued and supported.

We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Dental Hygiene and an active state license. Experience in a general dental practice, especially in a PPO and private pay environment, is preferred, but we welcome recent graduates with a passion for patient care and a commitment to lifelong learning. A friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and a desire to work in a close-knit team are essential to excelling in this role.

The position is available due to the retirement of our current dental hygienist, and we hope to find a new team member who shares our values of compassion and professionalism. Our practice offers competitive hourly wages, ranging from $50 to $60, depending on your experience. Additional benefits include a 401k plan to help you plan for your future.

We believe that a healthy work-life balance is important, which is why we provide scheduled breaks, including a lunch break from 1 pm to 2 pm on Wednesdays. On Fridays, we enjoy a short and productive workday from 8 am to 2 pm without a lunch break.
