Registered Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental professional to join our patient-focused, team-oriented periodontal specialty office. Our practice is dedicated to providing exceptional periodontal and implant care in a supportive and organized environment where every team member is valued.
As a specialist in our practice, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with patients, ensuring that each individual receives personalized care tailored to their needs. You'll spend approximately one hour with each patient, focusing on clinical excellence while maintaining a calm and compassionate chairside manner. Our office is well-equipped and efficiently scheduled, allowing you to enjoy a smooth and positive workday.
To thrive in this role, you should possess strong clinical skills in periodontal therapy, including the ability to perform scaling and root planning, as well as provide periodontal maintenance and patient education. You will benefit from a collaborative team atmosphere and will be encouraged to express your skills in a rewarding way. A current registered dental hygienist (RDH) license in the State of Oregon, along with CPR/BLS certification, is required. Additional certifications in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide administration are preferred.
Your responsibilities will also include maintaining compliance with Oregon Board of Dentistry requirements and being knowledgeable about HIPAA and patient privacy regulations. Experience with digital charting and dental software, such as Dentrix is also preferred.
