Part-Time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Orthodontic Office

We are a modern, patient-focused orthodontic practice seeking an experienced Part-Time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Assist the orthodontist during patient care and orthodontic procedures
- Take digital radiographs, photographs, and impressions/scans as needed
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
- Provide patient education regarding orthodontic treatment and oral hygiene
- Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols
- Assist with records appointments, appliance delivery, adjustments, and debond procedures
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and charting
- Support team members to ensure efficient daily operations

Qualifications:
- Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
- Orthodontic experience required
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of infection control and OSHA compliance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude, dependable, and team-oriented
- Experience with digital imaging and orthodontic software (Dolphin) is a plus
