Location: 10435 Illinois Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46814

Our office offers a comprehensive range of services, including crowns and bridges, dentures, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, implant restorations, clear aligners, and emergency care. We currently refer out endodontics, oral surgery, implants, and most pediatric dentistry, so there is certainly room to grow and provide these services in house. We provide care for patients of all ages. We have a healthy mix of children, adults, and seniors, creating a diverse and well-rounded experience for our provider.

We are proud to have a supportive and experienced, dedicated team of professionals, including:
Office Manager
Front Desk Coordinator
Four-Registered Dental Hygienists (2-3 per day)
One-Full time Dental Assistant

Our Team truly consists of Rock-stars! We provide amazing care in a great environment… and we have fun!!

SCHEDULE:
Wednesdays: 8:30am - 2pm
Thursdays 8:30am - 5pm Winter, 7:30 – 3:00 Summer
Fridays 8:30 – 2pm

Compensation:
Up to 35% collections (less 50% labs)

Requirements
General Dentistry license in the state of INDIANA
Delivers exceptional general dentistry
Customer service and interpersonal relations
General pleasant, friendly, caring demeanor
Excellent Oral and written communication
