Giannini, Gray & Schwartz Dental Partners is a well-established, technology-driven dental practice in Northwest DC seeking a warm, organized, and service-oriented Hygiene Coordinator / Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.

What You’ll Do
• Manage and optimize the hygiene schedule to maintain productivity and patient flow
• Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up care
• Confirm appointments and reduce last-minute cancellations
• Support patients with financial arrangements and insurance coordination
• Maintain accurate patient records in our management system
• Deliver outstanding customer service — in person, over the phone, and via email
• Work closely with doctors and hygienists to ensure seamless communication
• Assist with patient retention and reactivation efforts

What We’re Looking For
• 1+ year of dental front desk or hygiene coordination experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confident, professional phone presence
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Comfortable discussing treatment and financial arrangements
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Familiarity with dental practice management software (experience preferred)
