We are seeking a friendly positive outgoing individual for our First Class State of the Art dental practice.
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a dental practice, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Some responsibilities of a dental office manager include:
- Administrative tasks: Managing patient scheduling, bookings, and maintaining patient records. This may also include handling insurance claims and billing processes.
- Financial management: Overseeing the financial aspects of the dental practice, such as budgeting, expense tracking, and managing accounts receivable and payable while ensuring A/R aging is up to date. The office manager may also work closely with dental insurance companies to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement.
- Patient relations: Providing excellent customer service to patients, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive experience. This may involve resolving patient complaints, handling inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the office.
- Office maintenance: Overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the dental office, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for both patients and staff.
