We are a well-established family dental practice located in Oakton, Virginia, looking for a licensed Dental Hygienist to join our compassionate and patient-focused team. If you're passionate about preventative care, enjoy educating patients, and want to work in a supportive environment — we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health assessments
Provide non-surgical periodontal therapy (scaling and root planing)
Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care techniques, and preventative treatments
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Eaglesoft
Recommend products and treatment plans to support long-term oral health
Collaborate closely with our dentists and team to provide outstanding care
What We’re Looking For:

Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Virginia
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional demeanor with patients of all ages
Familiarity with Eaglesoft dental software preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (flexible scheduling available)
