High-Performance Dental Practice | Growth-Focused | PPO + Hybrid Model
We are a growing, systems-driven dental practice seeking an experienced Office Manager / Treatment Coordinator to lead the business side of the practice and drive measurable growth.
This role is not for a front-desk scheduler or entry-level coordinator. We are looking for someone who has already helped increase collections, tighten systems, and elevate team performance in a dental practice.

Who We’re Looking For
You are a proven dental leader who:
Has significant experience as an Office Manager and/or Treatment Coordinator(minimum 5 years experience)
Can document success increasing collections rate and improving practice performance
Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-focused
Leads confidently, professionally, and calmly
Understands PPO workflows, insurance optimization, and financial conversations
Is comfortable owning KPIs, numbers, and outcomes
Communicates clearly with patients, team members, and doctors
Key Responsibilities
Practice Management
Oversee daily administrative operations
Maintain strong scheduling efficiency and utilization
Lead systems for collections, billing, and AR management
Track and report KPIs (collections %, AR, case acceptance, scheduling efficiency)
Treatment Coordination
Present treatment plans confidently and ethically
Increase case acceptance through patient education and financial options
Coordinate insurance benefits and payment solutions
Support same-day dentistry and high-value treatment flow
Leadership & Organization
Manage administrative team workflows and accountability
Create and maintain SOPs
Improve communication between clinical and admin teams
Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
Required Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years in a dental Office Manager and/or Treatment Coordinator role
Documented results improving collections rate, AR, or case acceptance
Strong understanding of dental insurance (PPO experience required)
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
High emotional intelligence and professionalism
Experience with dental software (Archy, Open Dental)
Applicants without significant dental office management experience will not be considered.
