Dental Assistant Position
LOCATION
Pearland, TXWe are seeking an experienced dental assistant to join a state-of-the-art private practice in West Pearland. Our office has been serving the community since 2022 and provides comprehensive care in a calm, patient-focused environment. This full-time position is ideal for a dependable team member who enjoys working in a general, single-doctor practice that accepts PPO and private patients.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience and a strong background in customer service, insurance verification, patient charting, patient recall, patient records, scheduling, and treatment planning. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Open Dental, and Kois is preferred. Strong communication skills and a high school education are expected.
Additional experience with digital dentistry and understanding patient flow will be highly valued. Experience in a general practice that includes surgery, prosth, implants, and same-day crowns is a strong plus and will enhance your fit for this role.
We offer a professional setting focused on quality care, with enough time dedicated to each patient to support excellent outcomes. The position includes a 1-hour lunch break and parking is available in the lot for convenience. We are looking for someone who is organized, patient-centered, and ready to contribute to a supportive and efficient dental team.
