We are seeking a dedicated general dentist to join our established, tight-knit private practice in Southwest Austin. Our small, single-doctor office offers a supportive and friendly environment, free from corporate drama, where you can truly focus on providing exceptional patient care.

As a general dentist with us, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient base under a PPO and private practice model, allowing you to deliver personalized treatment while building meaningful relationships with your patients. Your daily responsibilities will include performing comprehensive dental exams, diagnosing oral health issues, and developing effective treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.

We are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including CAD/CAM systems, intraoral cameras, iTero scanners, and digital X-rays. The practice emphasizes the importance of staying current with dental advancements, ensuring that our patients receive the best care possible. You will also utilize Eaglesoft for patient records management and scheduling, contributing to an organized and efficient office environment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in a dental practice and must be CPR certified. Strong patient communication skills are essential, as fostering trust and understanding with our patients is a priority. Our office provides all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, gloves (latex and nitrile), N95 masks, and regular masks, ensuring a safe working environment for both staff and patients.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $22 to $25, along with generous paid time off (PTO) to support your work-life balance. You will enjoy a structured lunch break each day, providing you with the opportunity to recharge in our welcoming office.
