Dental Hygienist

Bryan, TXPay: $36.00 - $42.00 per hour
Job description:
We are seeking a compassionate, warm, and patient-focused Part-Time Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate is friendly, attentive, hardworking, and highly reliable, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and creating a comfortable, positive experience for every patient.
As a valued member of our clinical team, you will play a key role in promoting oral health and supporting overall patient wellness. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly and kindly, and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Performing thorough dental cleanings
Conducting patient assessments, charting, and documenting clinical findings
Taking digital radiographs
Educating patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
Utilize iTero 3D scanner for digital impressions and to enhance patient education and case acceptance
Assisting in diagnosing and treatment planning alongside the dentist
Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records using Open Dental software
Ensuring compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols
Providing a comfortable, caring, and professional patient experience
Qualifications:
Active Dental Hygienist license in good standing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, friendly, and patient-centered approach
Team-oriented with a positive, collaborative attitude
Ability to work effectively in a supportive, team-based environment
Professional and dependable
Growth-minded and open to feedback
Schedule:
WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY only
7:40 AM – 5:00/5:30 PM (patients scheduled 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
1 hour lunch
Part-Time, 2-day work week WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY.
No evenings or weekends
