Dental Assistant - Full Time
LOCATION
Yonkers, NYWe are a growing practice seeking a dependable dental assistant to join our general and oral surgery team in a single-doctor, PPO-based office. This is a full-time position ideal for someone with a high school education, limited experience, and a strong willingness to learn. We will provide training for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable supporting a fast-paced dental environment. Responsibilities include chair side assistance, patient and dental charting, filing, instrument sterilization, taking impressions, pouring models, temporary crown fabrication, and assisting with crowns, bridges, extractions, implants, bone grafting, veneers, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, and restorative procedures. Experience with treatment planning, fixed prosthodontics, and digital x-rays is helpful. Familiarity with Eaglesoft, Gendex, and iTero is a plus.
We provide a safe work environment with PPE including disposable gowns, goggles, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Free parking is available on site.
