Orthodontic Chairside Assistant
LOCATION
Fallbrook, CAWe are seeking a dependable, compassionate dental assistant to join our orthodontic team 2-4 days a week. This position supports the delivery of high-quality, high-tech, holistic orthodontic care for patients of all ages. The ideal candidate will help provide gentle, knowledgeable, and efficient chairside support while contributing to a warm, welcoming, and professional environment.
Responsibilities include assisting with orthodontic procedures, preparing treatment chairs, sterilizing instruments, maintaining infection control standards, and ensuring patient comfort throughout each visit. You will also help with patient charting, oral hygiene instruction, patient education, and digital radiographs as needed. Experience with Invisalign and orthodontic appliances is preferred, along with strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with patients and team members.
We value team members who can deliver a positive experience from consultation through routine follow-up care. CPR certification is required, and prior orthodontic experience is a plus. A high school education is sufficient for this role, and on-the-job support will be provided for the right candidate.
