Hello! My name is Laura, and I am the office manager of a pediatric dental practice where we prioritize excellent patient care and a supportive work environment. We are currently seeking a full-time Dental Assistant who is passionate about working with children and possesses the patience necessary to provide exceptional service.
In our office, you will be part of a long-standing team, with many employees boasting over a decade of experience. We value the development of our staff and foster an atmosphere that encourages further education and skill enhancement. While we prefer candidates with at least one year of experience, we welcome all levels of enthusiasm and commitment to learning.
Key responsibilities include chairside assistance, coronal polishing, patient care and education, dental charting, instrument sterilization, and radiology. Familiarity with Eaglesoft and digital X-rays is a plus, but not required. We are particularly interested in candidates who can contribute fresh ideas and a positive attitude to our practice.
