Are you a skilled and compassionate dental hygienist looking to make a positive impact in the lives of children and special needs patients? We are a dedicated Pediatric dental practice committed to providing exceptional care in a nurturing environment. Our office, located in the beautiful Myrtle Beach area, is seeking a full-time dental hygienist to join our dynamic team.
As a member of our practice, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding dental hygiene services. Your responsibilities will include performing thorough dental cleanings, administering fluoride treatments, applying sealants, and educating patients and their families on proper oral hygiene practices. Your skills and attention to detail will ensure the highest standard of care for our young patients.
We foster a warm, friendly atmosphere where children feel safe and comfortable. Patience and empathy are imperative as you interact with our diverse patient population. Our practice is also dedicated to accommodating special needs patients, allowing you to make a meaningful difference in their dental experiences.
To thrive in this role, you must possess a valid Registered Dental Hygiene license. Experience in a pediatric or special needs setting is highly regarded and will greatly benefit our team and the families we serve. We value teamwork and communication, and we seek individuals who are enthusiastic and passionate about promoting optimal oral health in children.
Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, from 7:40 AM to 5:30 PM, with some Fridays planned in advance. We typically allow a one-hour lunch break, but flexibility is a must as we adapt to the unique schedules of our young patients.
In addition to a supportive and rewarding work environment, we offer competitive compensation, with hourly rates ranging from $35 to $45, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K plan, and paid time off.
