RDA for Ortho and Peds

LOCATION

Floral Park, NY

We are a growing pediatric and orthodontic dental practice seeking a friendly, dependable dental assistant to join our team immediately. This is a full-time position in a modern, team-oriented office that serves children and orthodontic patients. If you enjoy working in a fun, upbeat environment and helping patients feel comfortable, this could be a great fit.

Our practice features a fully digital workflow with phosphor plate X-rays, TVs, iPads, balloons, and fun toys for children. We are looking for someone with strong bedside manner and solid clinical skills who can support a positive patient experience and work well with both assistants and providers. A high school education is required, along with at least 1 year of experience.

This role includes a 1-hour lunch break, parking lot access, and personal protective equipment provided by the office, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Cross-training is not required. PTO is available.

We are looking for fun, friendly professionals who want to grow with us. Hourly pay starts at $22–$25, based on experience.
