Registered Dental Hygienist – Flexible AM/PM Schedule | $50+/Hour

West Bell Dental Care, a privately owned and growing dental practice in Surprise, Arizona, is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist for a permanent position.

We are restructuring our hygiene schedule to provide shorter, more consistent shifts instead of traditional 12-hour workdays. Depending on the candidate’s availability and the needs of the practice, the schedule may include morning shifts, afternoon shifts, or a combination of both:

• Morning shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
• Afternoon shift: Monday–Thursday, 1:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.
• Friday: Adjusted or full-day hours based on the agreed schedule
• Saturday: 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., typically every other Saturday

Hygienists scheduled on Saturday may have the flexibility to take another day off during the week.

Our hygienists work with two supported columns, so candidates should be comfortable working efficiently in an assisted-hygiene environment while maintaining excellent clinical standards and a positive patient experience.

The ideal candidate is dependable, outgoing, team-oriented, and confident educating patients about periodontal health and recommended treatment. Laser certification and experience are highly valued but not required.

Requirements:

• Current Arizona Registered Dental Hygienist license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Local anesthesia certification, as applicable
• Strong communication and patient-education skills
• Commitment to excellent clinical care, teamwork, and professionalism
