Dental Assistant/RDA

Dental Assistant/RDA Position:

Alliance Dental is a private practice with a wonderful and positive work environment. We’re in search of a skilled, detail-oriented, and professional Dental Assistant to join our team. You will work closely with a General and Cosmetic Dentist in providing exceptional dental care for our patients.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for dental procedures.
- Assist the dentist during procedures.
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment.
- Take x-rays and record patient medical and dental histories.
- Provide post-operative instructions to patients.
- Maintain patient records and treatment plans.
- Perform basic dental lab procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members

Requirements:
- Current California Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant license
-Current CPR certificate.
-California Radiology Certificate and ability to take quality radiographs.
-Coronal polishing certificate.
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Reliable with professional demeanor and appearance.
-Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA regulations with regard to sensitive patient information and confidentiality.
